Open Profile from the avatar menu.
Set first / last name, username (@), bio, social links, and photo. Your public page is under /u/….
Email: add extra addresses, verify with OTP, and optionally make one primary. Changing the primary address does not create a second account.
To leave Rynne you can delete the account from Profile — this is permanent.
