One final deliverable per team — versions, review, and lock.
Submissions is the team’s final hand-in (deck, repo, video), not a task.
The team uploads a version. Hosts request changes, approve, or final-lock. Required tasks for current members should be done before the final is accepted.
Windows: you can set when submissions open and close, and when resubmission closes, on event settings.
