Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Rynne, operated by Mantitup, including the website at https://rynne.live and related apps and APIs. By creating an account or using Rynne, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Rynne helps organizers run events — registration, teams, tasks, submissions, and reviews. Rynne is not a Google Drive replacement. Organizers may optionally connect Google Drive as external storage for large event files; Rynne continues to own event workflow and metadata.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information
You are responsible for activity under your account
Keep credentials and connected Google accounts secure; notify us if you suspect unauthorized access

Organizer & guest responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for the events they publish, questions they ask, and how they use guest data and uploaded files
Guests must provide truthful registration information and only upload content they have rights to share
Do not use Rynne for unlawful, harmful, or abusive content or activity

Google services

If you connect Google Drive or sign in with Google, you also agree to Google’s applicable terms. Drive files remain in the organizer’s Google account. Disconnecting Drive does not delete existing Drive files. Rynne may retain metadata needed for the event.

Intellectual property

Rynne’s product, branding, and software are owned by Mantitup or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant Rynne a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service.

Availability & changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features or these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

Disclaimer & liability

Rynne is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Mantitup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from third-party services such as Google Drive.
