Approvals and waitlist
Pending RSVPs, waitlist, and how to review people.
If Requires approval is on, new RSVPs sit in Pending on Participants until you approve or decline. Home also lists pending approvals across your events.
If capacity is set and full, new people go to the waitlist. When someone drops or you raise capacity, you can promote from the waitlist.
Guests see their status on the event page. Status emails follow their notification preferences.
