Tickets and QR codes
What guests see after they register, and how tickets work.
Approved guests get a ticket at /ticket/[event] with a QR code for the door.
Hosts scan that code on Check in. Pending or waitlisted guests do not get a scannable approved ticket until they are approved / promoted.
Keep the ticket page open or a screenshot handy offline if the venue has poor signal — the QR is the check-in token.
