Adding hosts and managers
Invite people to help run the event without handing over the creator role.
Only the creator can add extra hosts. On Overview, open Hosts and search by name or email.
Roles
- Host (creator) — you. Cannot be replaced from this screen.
- Manager — can help run the event (guests, registration, check-in, blasts) but is not the owner.
- Co-host — listed on the event and can help manage.
If the person already has a Rynne account they are added immediately and get an in-app notification plus email. If not, they receive a manager or co-host invitation to accept.
You stay the main host. Managers and co-hosts cannot remove you.
