Event visibility
Public, private, and members-only — who can find and join the event.
Set visibility when you create or edit the event.
- Public — listed on Discover and on your public calendar. Anyone with the link can view and register (subject to approval and capacity).
- Private — unlisted. Share the link yourself. Not shown in Discover.
- Members — only if the event belongs to a calendar. People with calendar access can see it.
Changing visibility later does not remove guests who already registered.
