Event registration process
What happens when someone registers — approval, waitlist, and confirmation mail.
Every guest gives name and email. Extra questions you add on Registration are collected on the same form.
Individual events
- Guest opens the public event page and registers.
- If approval is off, they are approved immediately and get a ticket.
- If approval is on, they stay Pending until a host or manager approves or declines.
- If the event is at capacity, they join the waitlist. When a spot opens, Rynne can promote them.
Team events
Registration still happens per person. After they are approved they join or create a team, complete tasks, and the team sends one final submission.
Confirmation and status changes go through Rynne mail (noreply@mail.rynne.live) when the guest has email notifications on.
